An initiative by SG100 Foundation in collaboration with J Team Productions to promote and support Singapore arts and culture.
KRTC Kent Ridge Education donated SGD50,000 to SG100 Foundation to support local cultural events. In addition, the SG100 Foundation organised a movie screening by booking a hall at Tampines Mall and invited more than 200 Tampines elderly and underprivileged residents to watch the movie. This is with the help of the Tampines Grassroots Leaders. KRTC donated to SG100 Foundation to proceed with this meaningful movie screening.
The local production “Take 2” was a meaningful movie that engaged ex-convicts on set. It was directed by local aspiring film-maker, Mr Ivan Ho.
Mr Jack Neo was the Executive Producer of the “Take 2” film, and the cast made a special appearance to greet the residents, bringing smiles and laughter to the audience.
We hope more corporate sponsors would come forward to support such meaningful events and give back to the community at the same time.
