Dennis Ng
Founder and Chairman
Dennis Ng, the visionary founder of SG100 Foundation, leads a group of like-minded individuals, inviting everyone to come together to share and shape the future of our nation. This collective initiative was sparked by a transformative moment during an SG50 event and is deeply rooted in the profound legacy of Singapore’s founding father, the late Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, and his esteemed team of pioneers.
With over three decades of experience in the private education industry, he is a true Singaporean born and educated in the nation, stands as a pioneer and veteran. His commitment goes beyond professional endeavors; it’s a heartfelt contribution inspired by the ideals that have shaped Singapore’s remarkable journey. SG100 Foundation serves as a platform for unity, welcoming all to actively participate in building and influencing the destiny of our beloved nation.
Keith Tan
Treasurer
Keith has over 25 years experiences in the Electrical & Electronics fields from onshore, offshore, and marine industries. His experiences in various MNC covers business development, strategize planning on new market penetration mainly Asian countries. His current responsibility is to lead the Business Strategy development by strong collaboration with partners.
Keith is responsible for strategy execution, implementation, and collaboration of go-to-market blueprint on consultant support/specifications. He maintains a sustainable, structured transaction strategy and implements interventions and business transformation. He champions the company’s sales and marketing excellence support to transform the GREEN PLAN businesses blueprint to Inspire his company’s growth. He is also the Vice President of the Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management Group (TESM) of Singapore Institute of Management Society (SIMSOCIETY). He is the co-founder of Social enterprise SG100 Foundation LLP.
Johnny Voon
Secretary
Johnny Voon, is one of the founding members of SG100 Foundation. Inspired by the bold vision of the founder, Mr Dennis Ng, he decided to contribute and part to be a part of the vision.
Johnny was serving in the Republic of Singapore Airforce for 20 years, as an Air Traffic Controller. At the age of 39, he left the military service and was called to be a Financial Consultant with Great Eastern. It has been 11 years and counting.
Johnny’s strength is in life planning for foreigners and business owners. *He plans and facilitates succession planning in preserving and enhancing the values of their businesses.
Yvonne Grace Low
Head of Fellowship
As one of the founding members of the SG100 Foundation, Yvonne brings her commitment to building a resilient, inclusive and grateful society into every aspect of the foundation’s work.
To Yvonne, SG100 Foundation is more than an organization—it is an organic platform for connecting diverse communities, uniting people across generations and fostering a deep-rooted love for Singapore. SG100 Foundation emphasizes honouring the elderly, mentoring the young and inspiring each other to cherish and uplift this nation we call home – a vision that she resonates deeply with.
A true storyteller at heart, Yvonne has played a major role in editing, writing and producing SG100 Foundation’s unique coffee table book series, B.O.L.D. (Be Outstanding Living Your Dreams). This series of three books celebrates the spirit of Singaporeans who dare to dream big, featuring inspiring stories of individuals who have overcome obstacles to pursue their passions and make a difference.
With over three decades in education, coaching and training, Yvonne’s career has been driven by her desire to uplift others and nurture growth. Through SG100 Foundation, she channels this passion on a larger scale, collaborating with like-minded individuals to strengthen Singapore’s unique social fabric
Key Appointment Holders
Lim Chin Wah
Mr Lim C W is a mechanical engineering graduate from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He started his career as part of the pioneering team in Singapore’s wafer fabrication industry and previously served as a logistics and ordnance officer during his national service.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lim has explored various business sectors, including cognitive training, fashion, and food & beverage. In 2015, he transitioned into venture capital, focusing on tokenization projects. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he earned three certificates from the Advanced Neuroscience Institute, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning.
Currently, Mr. Lim works at a leading fintech company, driving digital payment solutions in Singapore. He is also involved in green initiatives, including mobile green data centers and hydrogen energy, in alignment with the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
A firm believer in deep tech, Mr. Lim is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the quality of life for Singaporeans and to contribute to the nation’s progress on the global stage.

Dr. Ariel Loh Lee Miang
Mentorship
Ariel started volunteering with SG100 Foundation, drawn by its mission and vision to perpetuate the values of Singapore’s founding leaders for future generations. She is a certified coach, mentor and advocate for inclusivity of special needs pupils. She has been an unionist and educator for more than two decades. She believes in supporting causes that promote collaboration, critical thinking and resilience in personal, community and societal development.
Leading the mentorship committee, Ariel focuses on expanding initiatives that bring mentors from different communities together to benefit mentees with their experience.
Dr. Brandon Tan
Mentorship
Dr Brandon Tan, joined SG100 Foundation because he aligns with its mission to empower future-ready leaders. Within the Foundation, Brandon focuses on Mentorship Management and Mentors Engagement, where he introduces initiatives that brings together potential mentors who are interested to support mentees in their personal and professional growth. Moving forward, he aim to expands the foundation’s outreach by initiating programs that promote mentoring projects with real-world impact, fostering resilience and innovation.
With over 20 years of experience in senior management of various Electronics MNCs, Brandon has accumulated global after-sales customer engagement and team building using ICT and data. Brandon is currently a Social Entrepreneur who coaches and trains individuals, families and corporations with the global behavioural tool, TetraMap®.
